User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your Nano Banana account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Nano Banana
• One account per user; multiple accounts are prohibited

Account Responsibilities

• All AI image generation activities under your account are your responsibility
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• Keep your contact information current for service updates

Acceptable Use Policy

Intellectual Property

Nano Banana Platform

• The Nano Banana platform, technology, and user interface are owned by us
• Our integration with Google Gemini 2.5 Flash Image and other AI models is proprietary
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform

Generated Images

• You retain ownership rights to images you generate using Nano Banana
• We do not claim ownership of your prompts or generated images
• You grant us a limited license to process your prompts through our AI models
• Generated images are subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers

User Prompts and Inputs

• You retain ownership of your text prompts and input images
• We may temporarily process your inputs to generate images
• We do not store your prompts permanently or use them to train our models
• Reference images are processed securely and deleted after generation

Subscription Plans and Payments

Plan Types

• Free Trial: 5 free generations with basic features
• Pro Plan: 200 generations per month with advanced features

Billing and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused generations

Credits and Usage

• Credits reset monthly and do not roll over
• Additional credit packages may be purchased separately

Service Availability

• Generated images are temporarily stored for delivery and then deleted

Termination

By You

• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• You remain responsible for all charges incurred before termination

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
